CSE Spring 2024 Commencement

Cohort of Creative Problem Solvers Lead Class of 2024

There is no better place to find Georgia Tech’s celebration of interdisciplinary research than the School of Computational Science and Engineering (CSE) during Commencement weekend.

“These graduates are confident, capable, and creative problem solvers who have learned the power of collaboration,” said Georgia Tech President Ángel Cabrera in his commencement address to Ph.D. graduates.

“They have been empowered to lead, and that is why they make me extremely hopeful about our future.”

The School of CSE administers the Ph.D. and M.S. CSE programs, which conferred degrees to graduates representing the colleges of Computing, Science, and Engineering.

The school offers a Ph.D. in computer science, among which graduates received their diplomas on May 2 at McCamish Pavilion. Doctoral graduates were:

  • Mikhail (Michael) Isaev (Ph.D. CS-CSE 2024), advised by School of CSE Professor Rich Vuduc
